Returns
We want you to love your Raisin' Hell gear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of damage, stains, odors, or other signs of use
- In the original condition
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Sale & Clearance Items
Items marked as Sale or Clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
